Description: Pediatria Healthcare for Kids is currently seeking to employ Pediatric Best Practice Nurse Manager right now, this position will be placed in Georgia. More complete informations about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Pediatria Healthcare for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Best Practice Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate would possess a passion for caring for kids ! and be attuned to the needs of medically fragile children. This position is responsible for the overall management of best practices of the Pediatric Day Health (PDH) and Private Duty Nursing (PDN) operations.

This position requires the following attributes:

• Pediatric home care nursing experience
• Management of a multi-site facility, division, or organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as necessary to represent the organization with physicians, payers, hospitals, legislators, staff, applicants for employment, and the overall medical community
• Proven results in obtaining operational goals through innovative and creative means
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment at all levels within the organization and externally

Eligible candidates must have:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (advanced degree preferred).
• Active ! Registered Nursing license in the state of residence (and the ! ability to obtain multiple state licenses upon hire).
• Five years minimum Pediatric Critical Care experience, with at least two years of management, is required.
• The Ability to travel 70-75%.
