Position

The Roman Healthcare Group, specializing in Quality, Infection Prevention, and Patient Safety national recruitment, is searching for a Director! of Quality. With 6 FTE’s is “point” for TJC readiness and survey, maintaining and reporting all Quality indicators and will be seen as the personality who drives the Quality Department. Primary tool for improvement measure is LEAN. A patient-centered atmosphere; very collaborative with lots of opportunity for growth in organization. EMR knowledge important as is familiarity with Georgia’s BC/BS Quality-in-Sights Hospital Incentive Program (Q-HIP). As such, Patient Satisfaction skill is critical.

Qualifications Needed/Preferred

RN, Registered Nurse

BS with 7 yrs. healthcare experience/5 yrs. in Quality-Risk/3 yrs. Supervision experience

Experience with being the end-all point of contact (POC) with TJC
