We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Phlebotomist to work with our Athens Mobile Blood Drive team.
The American Red Cross in Athens, GA is seeking Full-Time Phlebotomist to travel in and around the Athens area. The person will: • Perform donor histories • Draw blood from healthy donors • Document and maintain accurate records through the whole donation process Job Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, or Certified Nursing Asst training • Must have valid drivers license and clean DMV record • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Work long days, weekends and holidays • Some heavy lifting required

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical assistant or phlebotomy training, documented satisfactory performance as Collections Technician I, or the equivalent experience is required. Customer service experience, effective verbal communication, and public relations skills are required. A current valid driver's license and good driving record is required.
