Shift: Days Mixed Hours; approx 7-10 hours/day with a W/E Rotation

T! he CNA assists the professional nursing personnel by performing patient care and specific tasks under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN. Performs clerical duties. Follows policies and procedures of Hospital. Participates in the Quality Improvement process and adheres to standards of behavior.
The CNA will have a heavy workload - exert up to 100 lbs occasionally, and/or 50 lbs frequently, and/or 20 lbs constantly. The CNA manages stress appropriately and can make decisions under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and work in areas that are confined or crowded. The minimum requirements of this position require the individual to: stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, perform repetitive tasks, write, push, and pull frequently with weight limits of 50 lbs or greater.
Attendance is essential to this role.
Qualifications
Education
: High school diploma or GED is required; a current and clear Nursing Assistant license is required.
: A minimum of one (1) year of hospital! experience is required.
