Location: Rossville Georgia

Description: Pediatria Healthcare for Kids is in need of Registered Nurse RN/LPN for Pediatric Home Care right now, this vacancy will be placed in Georgia. Multiple Shifts Available!

Description of Job Respons! ibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver safe and effective home care services.

Responsibilities:
Delivers competent and quality care in compliance with physician orders.
On- going observation and assessment of patient condition and needs.
Documents all patient care actions in an official record in response to medical needs.
Identifies in writing patient responses to treatment, specifically those that are unusual or unexpected.
Monitors and interprets vital signs.
Assists with the development of a patient plan of care.
Outlines patient goals and desired outcomes.
Establishes patient care that is consistent with the medical plan provided by the physician.
Collaborates in the identification of patient needs and/or problems.
Reinforces parent and family education for care of the patient.

Current nursing credentials to practice in the state of need.
! Two years pediatric experience (neonatal, PICU, critical care)! includes vents, trach, G-tubes, monitoring, IV and central line care as allowed by state practice acts.
Valid CPR certification
Evidence of negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
