Primary Care Physician

This act as a primary care provider within a medical primary care & urgent care clinic in the state of Georgia, USA! . This is a full-time position. There will be further opportunity to lead the clinic as the director after getting on-boarded and performance is good, etc.

Job Summary:
Provides and supervises medical care to adults in clinic including emergency cases. Evaluates and treats conditions of a medical nature that relate to general medicine and healthcare needs of patients. Interacts with a variety of healthcare professional in clinic environment. Responsible for the medical and clinical management of all cases assigned. Interacts and works effectively with patients, medical and nursing staff, administrative and support staff, and supervising staff.

Education Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Licensed to practice as a Medical Primary Care in the State of Georgia

a. Graduate from an accredited school of medicine

b. Demonstrates the knowledge and ability to apply all principles of comprehensive healthcare (medical, nursing! and allied healthcare principles).

2. Maintains curr! ent certification, at a minimum

a. CPR

b. ACLS or

c. A higher level of Certification

Ideal candidate will be located in-state, licensed in state of Georgia and be board certified; with current patient load that could potentially transfer over to this clinic. Candidates without board certification will be considered. Out-of-state candidates will be considered but ideally licensed in the state of Georgia. Candidates without a current patient load will also be considered but must be willing to build a practice within the clinic.

The successful candidate selected will get a base salary plus an opportunity to earn bonuses based on increasing patient load including a benefits package. Those candidates who are coming from a practice and can bring patients stand in greater opportunity to earn higher bonus than those physicians who do not have a current local patient load and will have to build it.
