Oncology Nurses will direct a! nd guide personnel assigned, including clinical partners, support partners, and clerical partners. As an Oncology Nurse you will direct and/or indirect total, holistic clinical nursing care of adolescent, adult, and/or geriatric patients. The RN delivers age appropriate education, care, and support to all age groups that are provided services on the assigned unit. Oncology Nurses will administer medication in a safe and timely manner. These positions require utilizing critical thinking skills in planning care that takes into consideration the patient†s conditions and complications, as well as the psychosocial impact of hospitalization on the family.

Qualified candidates must be graduates from a recognized School of Nursing and must possess a valid and current Registered Nurse License issued by the State of Georgia. This position requires current BCLS certification (ACLS, if required by department). Prefer minimum of one year oncology experience.
