The Medical College of Georgia at Georgia Regents University, Department of Neurology, Movement Disorders Program is recruiting for an assistant professor.
The National Parkinson Foundation Center of Excellence at MCG treats a large number of patients with Parkinson's disease and related movement disorders. The prospective applicant should have fellowship training and be interested in patient care and surgery for PD. An active chemodenervation program exists with EMG guided botulinum toxin injections being performed for dystonia, spasticity, and pain.

The university's Medical College of Georgia, the 13th oldest medical school in the country, was founded in 1828.

Effective January 9, 2013, Georgia Health Sciences University consolidated with Augusta State University to become Georgia Regents University.
