Job Duties + Competencies
To perform the Member Consultant job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Consultative Sales: Qualifies potential members, builds rapport and establishes trust, asks questions to discover client business needs, applies market knowledge effectively, presents solutions that meet member objectives, manages and documents sales process.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience: Bachelorâs degree in business, sales or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management. 3-5 years of B2B sales experience is helpful, but not required. New grads welcome.
