Job Responsibilities:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment. He / she evaluates, plans and administers comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribe by a physican.!

Meets the patient's goals and needs and provides qua! lity care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results; determining physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription.

Helps patient accomplish treatment plan and accept therapeutic devices by administering manual exercises; instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities and in using assistive and supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.

Evaluates effects of physical therapy treatments and fit of prosthetic and orthotic devices by observing, noting, and evaluating patient's progress; recommending adjustments and modifications.

Job Qualifications:
The Physical Therapist must posses the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

Current PT licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the ! state of Georgia.

One year of previous PT experience in a home health setting

• Preference will be given to applicants with bi-lingual skills
