We are currently seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our on-site Healthstat clinic assisting employees with reaching personal health improvement goals. Our positions offer a unique opportunity to be directly involved with improving employee health with a singular commitment to wellness.

• Licensed in the state of Georgia.
• Proficient in Phlebotomy a plus
• 2+ years of professional clinical experience preferred
• Experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine a plus
• Ability to suture a plus

Description:!

• Develop individual healthcare plans to lower hea! lth risks
• Diagnose and treat chronic diseases and acute/episodic occurrences
• Refer patients with complex medical problems to a primary physician or specialist
• Approximately 70% disease management and 30% episodic care
