United Home Care offers a full range of home health services in the home or assisted living location. By coordinating with the physician and family, the staff is able to develop an individual plan of care. Services are designed with one goal in mind?.. to assist patients in reaching their optimum level of function while in the comfort of their own residence.
Job Description: Provides direct patient care to United Home Care patients in their place of residence.
Licensure/Education Requirements: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance. Current CPR certification.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years practical nursing experience is required.
