Location: Alpharetta Georgia

The Risk Customer Support Specialist provides first level application support phone and email for DataScan clients.

The responsibilities of a Risk Customer Support Specialist are as follows:

  • Answer client calls regarding DataScan applications and equipment.
  • Create new incidents in Customer First from client calls and email requests.
  • Resolve all incidents that can be answered immediately, or within a short period of time (Questions about application functionality, Systems changes, Citrix resets, block audits, PAD questions, NOA issues, etc.).
  • Monitor client automation and resolve issues.
  • Account management responsibilities defined by Support Management. Accounts assigned to T1 will normally include low touch clients that do not have a large number of outstanding incidents.
  • Provide client problem resolution in accordance with Maintenance Response Parameters.
  • Provide timely updates to clients in accordance with Maintenance Response Parameters.
  • Document all customer contacts, including problem description, resolution and updates.
  • Create requests for product fixes and enhancements.
  • Work with other areas of the company to coordinate issues resolutions, escalations and client systems upgrades.
  • Monitor CustomerFirst Tier 1 un-owned queue.
  • Other duties as assigned
The Support hours of coverage will be Monday â€" Friday, 6:00am â€" 10:00pm, with on-call coverage outside of those hours.
