QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse/BSN required
Management Skills: Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills. Manageme! nt experiences in hospital/healthcare environment. Proven mana! gerial skills.
Cardiovascular intensive care unit which provides care to patients who have had the following surgical procedures: coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), cardiac valve repair/replacement, aortic aneurysm repair (thoracic and or abdominal), thoracotomy, heart or lung transplant, and various vascular surgical procedures. Assist devices may be utilized in this patient population including CRRT, intra-aortic balloon pump, L VADs, TAH VAD, and ECMO. The majority of the patients will receive advanced hemodynamic monitoring and vasoactive drug therapy.
Management Skills: Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills. Management experiences in hospital/healthcare environment. Proven managerial skills.
