• Hospital located in Nashville just 30 minutes from Valdosta • Setting include hospital, swing beds, SNF & outpatient • 108 are SNF and 28 beds in hospital side /Total of 136 beds • Good variety of patients from hospital and SNF • Rehab team in place • Electronic documentation thru ROX • Property is older but in process of RENOVATION ! Berrien Nursing Center is a nursing home dedicated to providing a home-life environment to our residents and to assuring comfort, security, and self-respect. The 108-bed facility is adjoined to a 63-bed acute ca! re hospital. Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay residents are! accepted for admission after all necessary criteria have been met. The facility is managed by a full-time licensed administrator, a well-qualified professional staff, and support services.

Medical Services: Berrien Nursing Center employs licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to provide complete medical care on a 24-hour basis.
