Description: North Fulton Hospital is currently interviewing REGISTERED NURSE/RN - ENT ASC - PT, DAYS right now, this career will be placed in Georgia. We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whose compassion, clinical expertise, and excellence are top priority. As an RN, you will conduct p! atient assessments and develop and implement nursing care plans to foster quality outcomes. You will have the opportunity to apply sound judgment, clinical expertise, and execute critical nursing interventions to all patient populations within the patient care setting.
Duties of the RN maybe include the following but not limited to:

• Assess patient's status, analyze and interpret information for intervention
• Work with physicians to facilitate quality patient care.
• Confers with Nursing Supervisors / Director as it relates to patient care outcomes
• Interacts on a continuous basis with other departments by directing activities towards positive outcomes
• Establishes delivery system and utilize nursing process.
• Follows policies, procedures, standards for hospital.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING, and/or EXPERIENCE

Licensed in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse. Previous hospital experience in are! a of specialty preferred.

REQUIRED LICENSES and CERTI! FICATIONS

Licensed in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse. BLS certification required. Advanced certification in field of specialty/expertise preferred. ACLS certification required within 3 months. PALS certification required within 6 months.

OTHER REQUIRED SPECIAL SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE

Demonstrates theoretical and clinical expertise and the application of knowledge thereof, in the assigned specialty. Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Basic computer skills required. Must be able to perform effectively in a stressful and fast paced work environment. Must have the ability to prioritize appropriately. Must be detail oriented and have the capacity to effectively multitask throughout the work shift. Must have excellent communication skills and the capacity to interact professionally with a variety of "customers", including but not limited to patients, families, co-workers, volunteers, and physicians throughout the work! shift. Must possess the ability to function independently, yet productively as a cooperative team member with various work teams associated with the position. Must be compliant, with a willingness to follow all Hospital policies as well as the established practices, protocols and procedures of the position, department and
applicable professional standards.
