Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will triage patient prior to Physician exam, directly assists Physician with Hematology & Oncology patients during office visit, assists in scheduling procedures, completes medical histories and documents notes within patient's electronic medical record. Occassional travel to offsite offices may be required.

Graduate of accredited School of Nursing; Current Georgia Nursing License; Minimum of 1 year expereince in Hematology & Oncology physician office setting as Licensed Practical Nurse.

Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing; Current Georgia Nursing License; Minimum of 1 year expereince in Hematology & Oncology physician office setting as Licensed Practical Nurse.

License or Certification:
Current Georgia Nursing License

Benefit Eligible: Yes
Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Hours/P! ay Period: 80
Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; typically 8:00am to 5:00pm; however, hours may be flexed depending on patient needs.
Weekend Schedule: No weekends requried.
