Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required of personnel so classified.

Call on physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities and other healthcare providers (discharge planners, social workers, health care coordinators) to promote Guardian Homecare services

Be an expert regarding the services provided by Guardian Homecare ensuring effective communication and collaboration with providers

Act as co! mpany liaison to clients to resolve problems and provide infor! mation on services and maintain positive relations

Work in partnership with other Account Executives, Executive Director and Regional Sales Manager to develop business plan and strategy for local market

Implement business plan for local market and report progress and results to Regional Sales Manager

Maintain organized account information on each client, track sales data, identify key accounts and potential problems

General Background and Minimum Requirements:
Licensed RN or LVN

One year of RN or LVN/LPN experience in local market with a strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques.

Previous medical sales experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and problem solving skills.

A valid state drivers license, reliable transpor! tation, and auto insurance required
