2 years of nursery, newborn or NICU experience, or 3 years of mother/baby experience.

Certified in Neonatal Resuscitation.

Newborn admission assessment experience.

Proof of annual continuing education in area related to newborn care (sixteen (16) hours within the last two (2) years minimum).

Demonstrates advanced leadership, critical thinking, customer service/interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; personal attributes; and system knowledge.
