Provider Health Services is seeking an experienced & compassionate Nurse Practitioner to care for patients within a skilled nursing facility in Hawkinsville, GA.

• Flex Time position - (32 hours - 4 full days or 5 partial days)
• $70 - $75K Compensation and Full-Time Benefits package
• Independent practice with clinical and back office support
