Role:
The Xenex Client Care Manager represents the face of Xenex to our customers. You will be the single point of contact to our customers. Make a difference by helping our customers decrease their disinfection rates at hospitals. This person is responsible for ensuring delivery of a compelling Xenex experience for assigned clients, including trials, studies and expanding usage of the device. You will work with all stakeholders in the customer organization, including IC, EVS and Administration to ensure all goals are clearly understood and achieved. This role will define and ex! ecute the strategy for each account to ensure maximum usage of existing and new devices. We are a growing company and you will have significant impact in this role - impact to the company, to the hospitals, and to the patients.

Responsibilities:
Ø Conduct initial assessment and create implementation plan and supporting documents
Ø Establish relationship with hospital executive, IC leadership and EVS management - ensure hospital execs have stake in the implementation.
Ø Develop training and certification material to aid in the training of hospital staff regarding Xenex equipment and the broader infection control best practices.
Ø Devise plan for most efficient utilization of existing and new devices within each account
Ø Monitor execution of Xenex Utilization Plans
Ø Assist sales team where needed for evaluations in region
Ø Define Primary metrics aligned with customer goals
Ø Capture sales discovery/handoff information!
Ø Quarterly reports and review with hospital management

! Requirements:
Ø Proven customer-centric attitude
Ø Ability to flex communication style to various audiences
Ø Experience with cooperative conflict resolution and confrontational situations
Ø Strong work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to details, organization, and time management skills
Ø Experienced implementing medical devices or technologies within hospitals
Ø Experience interfacing with a broad spectrum of hospital employees ( Drs, nurses, administrators, environmental service)
Ø Experience in managing service level agreement contracts within hospital setting
Ø Excellent understanding of infection control issues and methods
Ø Excellent verbal and writing skills â€" Spokesperson capability
Ø Bachelors or Masters degree and preference for Nursing, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry degrees preferred.
Ø Knowledgeable of MS Office
Ø 5-7 years of experience
Ø 50% travel
Location: Home base at ! your own office. However, travel and frequent visitation to the client site within the assigned region will be 50%. Can be located in North East, West Coast, Mid-West, or Mid-Atlantic States.
