Nurse Manager/Director Neuro/ICU - 12-bed ICU and 11-bed IMCU - 65 FTE's

We are looking for a Nurse Leader and a Pro! gram Manager with a background in the development of Neuro/ICU! programs within an acute care hospital environment. This individual will have prior experience in developing protocols and leading a Neuro/ICU program (stroke, trauma, intervention. aneurysm care). We are looking for a quality focused leader, with the confidence and clinical background to be a "hands on" leader as necessary.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Neuro ICU Nurse Leader to collaborate with an extremely supportive group of physicians (Neurosurgeons and Interventists) as well as mid level providers (NP's and PA's) along with a high achieving nursing staff, with a large percentage of those certified in neuro and critical care.
