Primary responsibilities will include teaching courses in health informatics, advising students, engaging in appropriate institutional/community service and scholarly professional development. Minimum requirements include a master’s degree in an appropriate area of study and certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). Individuals with 3 years current experience in the HSIA field, and who are currently enrolled in a master’s program related to the HSIA profession will also be considered.
