Required Skills

This fulltime Psych RN position is responsible for maintaining the delivery of quality patient care with a specialty in the area of behavioral/mental health. The position combines the activities of direct and indirect care provided to pediatric, adolescent, adult ! and geriatric patients. The Psych Nurse directs CHHA, CNA, LVN! , and RN staff regarding patient care activities, performs patient assessments, develops patients care plans, evaluates patients care plans' effectiveness, modifies as appropriate, and documents all patient care as appropriate.

Required Experience

This position requires a current license as a Registered Nurse with 2 years recent acute psychiatric experience. The selected individual must have a current CPR certification and sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks, as required. The selected individual must also possess a valid driver's license, proof of current auto insurance and registration.
